In his first press speech after President Trumph's firing him from his post, Tillerson's one statement shall be noted " There are works to be done in Iraq and Syria. Without our allies help, we cannot succeed."

It is not a secret to Washington that Tillerson and President Trumph have different opinions on major interests such as Iraq, Syria and Ira. For instance, the new appointed Foreign Minister and the ex CIA Director John Pompeo is unknown with hawkish opinions on Iran nuclear deal where everybody get started afraid that Tillerson's exit would doom the nuclear deal agreement. Pompeo choice is a signal to Iran and North Korea that they will have a hard stance against them.

For MIddle East, the situation seems to be the same. Tillerson's statement "without allies help...." underlines the difficulty ahead of Turkey. Despite the fact that US and Turkey are about to agree on Manbij, the withdrawal of PKK/YPG terror groups from the region would be temporary. US, obviously, does not want to lose this trained group easily and Turkey wants this happening as a price to fix the relations. So, for US this construes only a TACTICAL withdrawal but we are almost sure that PKK/YPG would continue their assaults. That contrues, Turkey would be pulled into the depth of Syria and Iraq.
