Russia and West are once more in the other side of the corners. The tension is high in Azov Sea, Blacksea region. Both sides are not giving up their claims. Moreover, US and NATO also are involved in the conflict. It is imminent that the tension between Russia and US will increase not only in 2019 but also 2020 and onwards unless a major change occurs.
