UK Parliament is in the middle of summer recess and would resume to working in the first of week of September. However, PM Johnson still insists that UK would be out of the EU on October 31 even if it means exiting the block without a deal.


It is almost evident that the tension between Johnson and Parliament will only increase starting by September. Parliament wants to avoid a no deal exit while Johnston considers that a united England might have the chance to renegotiate the Irish stop which is the backlash of the deal.


Parliament might trigger the no-confidence motion against Johnson although Parliament has no strategy how to get out of this mass. On the other hand, PM Johnson might ask for an election following a hard exit but he might find himself in a undesirable situation.
