Geopolitic Compass has longtime projected that aging problem in Russia might drive government to take serious actions. Despite the fact that most has eyed on Putin intension to remain in power, Geopolitic Compass sees things differently.
Putin as a strong character might or might not lead beyond 2028. It remains to be seen but what this government implies different to us, should imply different to global. Russia has been aware that the declining population with the recent economic indicators as of now and in future might threat the security of Russia greatly.
In order to rephrase it, declining population and weakening economy threats Russia more than ever in future. Russia is aware that Russia cannot stop it but they reduce the effects. Therefore, Russia decided a new government structure. The new government will focus all domestic problems where there will be a higher council to deal with external threat. The new government has to deal with old economic problems.
