Turkish communication satellittes Turksat 5A and Turksat 5B will be carried by SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket to its orbit. Turksat 5A launch is planned for 2020, Turksat 5B launch is prepared for 2021. With these satellittes, Turkey can broadcast from West China to England with its own satellittes stretching Middle East, Europe and Central Asia
Turksat 6 will be manufactured with 100% national companies. These developments are important to illustrate that Turkey is increasing its influence and making developments in techmnology areas.
